Waiola Shave Ice in downtown Kapahulu has been voted the BEST shave ice in Honolulu for many years...We got to eat shave ice there 2 times and let me tell you it was FAR better than Matsumoto's shave ice in Haleiwa hands down...My flavor was vanilla and strawberry and Dylan and Shane enjoy their's as well...
