This is the infamous Matsumoto's shave ice store in Haleiwa..It's a small Mom and Pop store that everyone who visits Oahu will go to and get shave ice...We were all a little bit disappointed this year with the shave ice here, it was not the same, fine melt in your mouth shave ice we're used too...It was way too hard and crunchy and we were in disbelief the whole time..We are now bigger fans of Waiola Shave ice in Kapahulu!!
